If I could reassign the nutritional value of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, etc., this would be my list of super foods.
I. Cheese 2. Bacon 3. Sourdough Bread 4. Steak 5. Potatoes 6. Butter 7. Crab 8. Eggs 9. Chocolate 10. Wine But just so I don't sound totally unhealthy, here's my list of actual super foods I like almost as much. 1. Avocados 2. Tomatoes 3. Olives 4. Artichokes 5. Raspberries 6. Melons 7. Ahi 8. Pineapple 9. Sweet Potatoes 10. Nuts
